Safety + Security
The safety and wellbeing of our travellers is central to what we do.
This means that we:
Rely on DFAT Global Health Advisories and monitor the SmartTraveller website for all destinations and transit points associated with our tours - right up to the departure date - including country entry and exit requirements.
Ensure that third-party transport, accommodation and activity providers have the required health and safety plans in place.
Prior to tour departure, run a destination-specific health and safety briefing for travellers to help manage expectations while on tour.
Carry emergency service contact details and travel insurance particulars for all travellers, in case of accident or illness.
If a traveller falls ill whilst on tour, we arrange for them to attend a medical centre for assessment and assist in organising the necessary medication or care.
Review our health and safety protocols regularly and adjust as required.
