Designed for schools worldwide that are running Australian HSC programs, or exploring how a senior-years transfer into Australian HSC curriculum based study could open doors for their students and provide pathways onto tertiary study in Australia.

The ' Australian Education - University Pathways & Cultural Insight ' Tours bring international students face-to-face with Australia's leading universities, pairing campus immersion with the culture, cities and landmarks.

At each university stop, students choose between two subject-specific programs — hands-on sessions matched to that university's strengths and your school's areas of focus. Whether it's engineering, health sciences, business or the arts, students walk away with tangible experience of what moving to and studying in Australia might look like after they complete high school. As well as orientation of the university itself and a de-brief on available scholarships and application processes.

Every student who completes a university program receives a formal Certificate of Participation, presented by the university itself and bearing their coat of arms — a genuine credential for a university application or future applications for university scholarships. 

We run a handful of core itineraries across Australia's major education cities, each blending university visits with the country's most memorable cultural landmarks. Because we tailor timing to align with school breaks across China, India, Indonesia, Hong Kong and Vietnam, and can custom design programs to suit your school, we don't publish fixed dates — instead, get in touch and our team will match a tour to your school's calendar and student interests.

3. Once you're ready to promote the tour, we provide translated, QR-linked flyers so parents and students can place their booking on the tour.

4. Tours are approved to proceed once we reach 40 students and 4 accompanying teachers from your school.

• Structure: 4–6 generic itineraries across major education cities, each with different uni/cultural landmark combos and 3 distinct price brackets.

• At each uni stop: 2 subject-specific programs offered (uni's specialisation × school preference), individual students opt for their preferred program + campus orientation and brief about scholarship availability

• Deliverable to students: formal certificate of participation per uni program attended presented by the university with their coat of arms

• Sales model: Syllabus Tours-style "no dates" approach — website shows generic itineraries only, copy says dates align with school breaks in China/India/Indonesia/HK/Vietnam, actual dates/tours confirmed only after enquiry form + staff follow-up

• Once a school has agreed to promote a tour - we provide translated flyers that with QR link to the booking form so students/parents can place their EOI’s/bookings - tour is not confirmed to proceed until we reach 40 students and 4 teachers.

• Rationale: less site maintenance, avoids promising an itinerary another school already has

• Translation trigger: itineraries stay in English until a school commits to gathering EOIs — only then is the parent-facing flyer translated

• Possible addition: 2 extra lower-price-point itineraries to widen country/budget reach (4 → 6 total)

Option 3 - we DO publicise dates to the schools + online — then we need a lot more work having several versions on the website that suit different countries’ school breaks - and a vague promise of availability or a sophisticated system to ensure a tour isn’t double booked by 2 schools. - I would steer away from this if possible.
