At each university, students take part in an immersive University Program — campus orientation, a briefing on scholarships and applications, and guided sessions with experienced educators across state-of-the-art facilities. Influenced by your subject area preferences — students leave with a real sense of what studying and living in Australia could look like, plus a personalised Certificate of Participation signed by the university.

We offer a range of tours across Australia’s major cities, each of which scheduled to run on specific dates during common international school breaks.

The Planning Process:

2. Register Interest on Behalf of your School for ‘UPCOMING TOURS’ below - hurry, before they sell out!

3. Libertas will provide tour promotional materials translated into your preferred language for you to distribute to your students and their parents/guardians including a QR code directing them to the online traveller booking form including a subject area preference rubric for each university visit.

4. If sufficient bookings are received from your school (40 students and 4 fully funded accompanying teachers/staff) then tour is confirmed and deposits are collected.

5. Libertas works closely with the school to ensure all the relavent bookings and arrangements are made and the travellers are prepared for departure.

6. An experienced Libertas tour manager is present on-tour from start to finish to ensure the smooth running of the tour logistics.
